Ideal for countertop use. Our Bain Marie Electric 1 Pot is the wet heat version (needs water in the base). The pot can hold approximately 8 pints (4.5 litres).
This unit can also take a half size gastronorm dish (either 65 or 100mm deep) with a flat lid.
