Our electric 1 gallon deep fryers are ideal for table top use at any event. Either indoors in a venue or outside events such as; festivals, markets and pop up restaurants. Also easily comes apart for cleaning. The basket measures about 8″ (20cm) square and is about 4″ (10cm) deep.
