Ideal for countertop use. Our one pot bain marie is the wet heat version (needs water in the base) and can be used for serving sauces, soups or even hot dogs. The pot can hold approximately 8 pints (4.5 litres). This unit can also take a half size gastronorm dish (either 65 or 100mm deep) with a flat lid.
