Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to a wide range of areas, covering London and the South East.

Can you deliver to my house?

We will be more than happy to arrange delivery/collection of your order.

Our deliveries and collections take place Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm and we aim to deliver the day before your event and collect the day after.

Can I collect the equipment myself?

Customers are more than welcome to collect and return to our warehouse themselves if they wish.

We request that you arrive at least half an hour before the warehouse closing times to allow time for loading and unloading vehicles and checking in the equipment.

Can I return the equipment dirty?

That’s not a problem! We have the facilities to clean all the hire equipment.

If you wish to return the items dirty, an extra 20% charge will be incurred on the washable items.

When returning dirty please ensure that plates and serving dishes have excess food removed and glasses are emptied. Please do not return equipment cling-filmed.

Can you price match a competitor?

All of our equipment is competitively prices so you can be sure you are getting great value for your money.

With our Price Match Guarantee, we will match the price if you are able to find the same item at lower price somewhere else.

What are the basis of your charges?

Our basic “1 day hire charge” is based on a 72 hour window. We supply the equipment one day, you use the equipment the next, then return it the day after. If your event is on a weekend, Friday to Monday is still charged at 1 day’s hire.

V.A.T must be added to all charges shown, unless shown as not subject to vat.

Do you offer free cancellations?

We offer free cancellation when made up until 12 noon the day before the goods are due to be delivered. Any cancellations made after this time incur a 30% cancellation charge of the hire value.
